What airports do you serve?
Geneva, Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble are the main airports promoted on the site. The live booking system also lists Geneva City and Sion.
Do you offer private transfers?
Yes. Private transfers give your party sole use of the vehicle and are suited to specific collection times or customers who prefer to travel directly to their accommodation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The current website says delayed shared-transfer passengers will be placed on the next available bus rather than left at the airport.
Can I bring skis, snowboards or bikes?
Yes, but declare equipment when booking so the correct vehicle can be sent. Trailers can be available for outsize luggage such as bicycles.
Are child seats available?
Child and booster seats are available on request. The live booking form asks for the number required.
Can I book at the last minute?
For transfers within the next two days, SkiTransfers asks customers to telephone or email to confirm availability.
What if my route is not priced online?
Use the Personal Quote form for unusual routes, resort-to-resort journeys, larger groups or journeys that do not fit the standard pricing.
